Job Title or Salary??

Hi Friends,I need your suggestion.Prastutam nenu oka company lo senior software engineer FT role lo unnanu.Prastutam e company lo revenues declining since last 3 years and layoffs avutuntayi every year. Naku vere city lo Architect FT job vachindi.Pay wise only 10% ekkuva vastundi in new role.New city lo cost of living 15% lower compared to current city ,insurance is 50% cheaper but weather is not good compared to current city.I have a two year old son..What do you suggest,should I take up new role with not so good pay or stick with my current job.Please share your thoughts..

Winter....snow and chilled climate lo...6 months...lazy life style at home...getting sick of north ...Atleast warm place lo unte year around activities chesukovachu...Just chipping in my 2 dollars ..
