Aithe konchem kastam.. May be better go to Canada. I think AP will be much faster than India usually... But not sure of current visa stamping trend in Canada now.

Stamping is always better to go to home country. Delay aina kani you can forget and can have good time with family and friends. Family will also give some support to you but foreign country lo 2 weeks stuck aina Kani narakam untadi. It's always better to go to India
