End client deggara emani cheppi quit cheyyali ?

1 or 2 months lo project search chesi...want to move on....

Current client deggara work culture not good...

But manager is very impressed with my performance and....is positive and happy about it...sudden ga quit chesthey ...shock avtharu andaru...ofcourse 15 days notice isthanu...btw im the only contractor in IT here...all others are fte's...

Ee conditions lo...quit cheyyali ante emani reason cheppali ?

Vacation for few months ani cheppachu. Personal reasons ani cheppachu or new opportunity ani cheppachu. notice time iste chalu vallaki as per ur agreement.
