I was in a impression that besides talent, manager politics tho vachestaar ikkadiki ani but its not as easy as I thought, atleast Wipro nunchi aithe easy kaadhu ani I realized. Respect perigindhi .. :}

Pakindu...2 yrs bisket galu oka line code kuda rakuda support roles lo vachina valu Chala mandhiri chusanu..Infy some what better in quality

Bongem kaadu maa client lo Infy poradu since 10 yrs vunnadu right from the campus placement to onsite assignment he is working on one client, doesn't know how to order for a server or database or even don't know how the organization maintains its application servers and database servers separate. Basic sense kada 10 yrs oka client ki working ante he should be able to know basics of infrastructure
