what will happen to h1

hi bhayyas, i got picked in eehh1 lottery this time but not from my employer different employer in-house file chessadu rfe lo vundi case status. now I got FTE in a company with decent pay and all and also they will sponser GC also. can I accept the offer if accepted oct 1st ki h1 transfer file chesthe chala. leda akkada pay stubs emi ayyina run avvala.

If you want h1 then don't do anything until you get an approved h1...you can change after October 1st...dont inform your employer he may revoke.

rfe ki respond avutadu bhayya and after that approve ayyipothe i mean inko one month lo approve ayyithe can he accept the offer.if so he has to do h1 transfer on oct1st
