Dhawan ki captaincy maybe too early, he has been out of form for a long time before this series. 

Rahane has good temperament, we should also groom Pandya to be a permanent member of the ODI team and have him as our no1 all rounder.

Ippudu adi entha kashtamo andariki telustondi, kudos to Dhoni and Ganguly for handling it so well all these years. Kohli is still a great player but the captaincy is starting to put pressure on his performance esp. in finals and deciders of big tournaments.

Agree Dhawan is out of form but there is no other option, as leader Rohit is better but he no consistency.
