Hello Frnds,

I need some suggestions currently my friends wife in on H4 EAD and working and applied for H1 and which got approved without an I-94 issued as they have travel to India and H1b visa stamping. With their current situation they cannot travel out of USA. Can they change status back to H4?

Please help friends. I need some suggestions. Thank you very much!

She can stay in US with out any problem(Keeping in mind no other issues associated witht status)..She will get H1 sattus after stamping only...
