Rahul Gandhi being lok sabha member from last ten years, K Keshav rao, VH, Rayapati Sambashiva rao.... there are lot of candidates being on Parliament from several years. What did they achieve.? It's not about no of years, it's all about capacity to handle. 

What did previous president Prathibha Patil qualification.? her husband convicted of lot of crimes. what did she even achieve during her presidency period .?

presiding over a riot and making hateful speeches while people are being killed? does tht count?
