it doesn't wait until a tyranny pops up to attack it. Tyranny becoming unbearable is the time when the rest of the population accepts the leftist rhetoric and joins them. Rest of the time, leftists are constantly working on how to reorganize the system in little ways so an individual has more say in the system.

Every religion not just Hinduism and no one designed it unlike other religions which were born out of books
