How are the chances of approval for i140 RFE?

Based on labor...you will get 1 year of extension after 6th year kadha...

Also...unused period unte h1b llo...you can still use it kadha ?

But with this I have a question. I went to india 3 times total in H1b period of 3 months. My priority date is match 2017 and h1b 6yrs expires in dec 2017?

I can still get the extension for 1 year even the PD is less than 1 year?

your perm should have been applied at least 1 year before maxout date.

otherwise you are not allowed to get extension based on perm approval

Approval chances depend on the kind of rfe u got, mostly problem undakoodadhu but reply to the rfe carefully, follow up with your employer and attorney about what they intend to respond to the RFE.. Nee rfe response incomplete ga untey they might send a NOID malli adhoka tension.. Went thru this myself..

3 months re capture time unte .. 9 months before maxout perm vesina u shud be fine
