Running ki and training ki I have different shoes

malla running ki kuda trail running and normal threadmill or track running shoes vuntayii 

Strength training shoes antava nenu Nike training shoe vadutunde but cross training shoes ani appatlo @Don_Draper ankul chepthunde. Calling him.
