Caught on cam: Minister urinating in public!

New Delhi: In an undated picture (obviously caught on camera) Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh was found urinating in public as his Z security commandos guarded him during the act!

 

The picture also showed the Minister's convoy bearing the red beacon. Now when it is by our netas and babus, we got to be silent. 

 

Perhaps rules are for people and Swachh Bharat Abiyaan too is for the people to follow. Babus get exempted, they cant hold back you see!

What's wrong? This is India a democratic country. Minister can even urinate on Public no one cares
