indians buying homes in USA

Buying home means your pure intention of being immigrant while on immigrant visa. Does it violates visa rules ? Why do you still need visa interview ? can't we say that we bought home in USA for permanent residence and we need visa forever instead of only for visa period.

Buying home means providing employment for home builders and construction workers right. That means you are contributing to economy right ? why does people scream that indian home buyers are causing market to go up .

By current GC trend, most of the people applied after 2013 ,will get GC after 15-20 yrs . Does everyone have guarantee that your visa renewals and extensions will be good for that period ?

konchem research chesi house konte, pakka appreciation untundhi house price ki. you can get some money back if you sell it down the lane vs renting. also, tax returns deggara you will get some benefit too.

house konedhi only show off kosame anukunte that's ridiculous thought man. there are people who buy houses because they can and want a place to call it as HOME.

sensible people buy houses with atleast 6 months of expenses in emergency fund incase of job losses or visa issues.

Good but do you think they can travel to visit india peacefully. I know 1 guy literally pissing in his pants to go to india to visit his aged parents. He himself said that if he had no house he would have gone peacefully and no matter if he gets visa or not.
