FT Relocation package

Hi friends naku Detroit lo FT job vachindi.I am married and I have a 2 year old toddler.I am currently staying in Charlotte.can you suggest which one is better -asking company to pay everything for relocation or ask for a lump sum amount.Can you please share your experiences?

Depends uncle.. oka 20k cash istharu and u live in 2bed apartment aithe .. i would suggest take cash .. u can save at least 10k ..
