AP has this thing called the 'dutch disease'. That's why AP was not able to build big cities. atleast until now.

They have surplus income from farming, and have always propped up cities that they consider their home.

Now they are in the situation to create a city for themselves. and they will, in time.

learning hindi or not, will make no difference to that endeavor.

If TG stops remaining friendly to them, it'll accelerate the birth of a city in AP. thats all. Even KCR knows this.

Hindi is not what made TG to what it is today. It's just an accident of history.
