Podduna run cheyy... Running alvatu lekapothe start with  60/30s.. ante 30 seconds running (as fast as you can).. 60 seconds brisk walk.. .. do it for about 30 mins to 1 hr... for a week then full fledged running alvataythadi.. straight 20/30 mins  

.. evening swim chey...

1 month lo konchem fat burn aythadi...

Swimming is a full body exercise and fun where as running is just a calorie burning activity with hearty healthy.

Swimming if you want to enjoy while getting full body exercise.

Running if you feel insecure about your body and not sure how to swim right
