vadilesinda ? how can you say that ? 

FYI, in some of the parameters, North East India ranks much higher than rest of the nation. especially basic education,sanitation,literacy,quality of air, engage in local business, child morality rate, life expectancy etc...

and north east is completely hilly terrain and if we thinking to recreate better parts of India across north east, practically it is not possible logistically...cutting across himalayas is not an easy thing. 

Assam is completely submerged during monsoon,kaziranga is under water for 3-4 months in an year, auranachal pradesh lo oka road veyadam kuda chala kastam, and naga,mizo and manipur, these states have most stable governments since india's independence..

The standard of development in north east is different from standards in rest of India...silly comparision..daniki oka musalodu vachi south india ne pattinchukoledu anta...biryani anukuni pulav putharekulu tinte paithyam ekuvagaka emaitadi..
