yeah, even i heard that in India if we don't dance to their tunes, then the experience letters and all will be in jeopardy anta...even reference calls and all, fire chesinam, terminate chesinam ani cheptaranta..

Andulo hr's appudappudu single day lo 20-40 members ki aa bad news pass cheyyali. So emotions sachipothayi emo..

They cant spend 1hour with each employee trying to console them ala chesthey next list lo valla peru untadi.

There is big difference between layoff and fire... layoff lo u show that company is cutting off jobs(some companies gives 2 months pay after taking u off on same day)

single day lo 20-40 members ni fire chestaremo....but that does not happen every single day right ? edo..year ki alanti rojulu 5-10 vuntayemo...They don't need to spend an hour with each employee but courteous ga vunna chalu..itla threaten cheyadam and all....

emotions sachipoina, chestundi cinema shooting kadu kada...edo oka procedure vundali...or should be properly trained..also, india la HR's need to realise that they do not own the company ..this culture is too bad in Indian MNC's..

its sad that even company chairman, Anand Mahindra has to apologize with a tweet..
