state cannot discriminate between castes in schools.

even in this 'dalit' university, other castes will study. But I think the control will remain with dalits, and with majority teachers as dalits.

dalits who get admission in this dalit university can get in any other top univ too....so what purpose does it serve? other than just satiating the ego of few dalits who will "control" the university what ever that means....

it means more dalits will get jobs as lecturers and professors, and becomes heads of department. something that is almost non existent now.

I have no idea what the 'dalit' university will have. that's why I didn't comment on it.
