They want everyone to enjoy the perverse structure that their grandfathers and greatgrandfathers followed, because it worked for them. They also call it 'Indian society', like they really care about that society beyond their immediate relatives and neighbours.

usually ee colleges lo lecturers ga join aina vallu would have been utter failures in their lives and would have been tail enders. they are teased daily in the indian society by idle uncles and aunts that your associate x and y is in US/UK etc etc. they show the pent up frustration on their pupils nothing new
