Do you expect Congress in AP to sweep local body elections ? really ? Do you want go by the book rule ? 2009 to 2014 local body elections ni coniserations loki teesukunava ? To the best I remember, ruling has won max seats while in power..mari nuv ae elections cheptunavo no idea.

really ? anyway, for local body election, there is a pattern and I even bosses at party's high command offices don't take these elections as a referendum. Like I said, local leaders indulge in cross voting and make internal arrangements for unanimous or fight and more over 30% voter turnout cannot be a referundum for general elections where the issues are larger and bigger..where as for local body election, issues are more or less revolved around a village sarpanch and his anti and pro groups.
