no need to pay the taxes after you depart the US, ma cousin wfh for a Calif. startup from India for the last 2 years. GC shifted to consular process and has B1/B2. Client revoked H1B once he left. Once in 6 months oka 1 month us ochi extended stay lo untadu anthe.
