flight tickets from India to USA

can we pay from USA using credit card? Showing only in INR. will be there any additional charges. Please suggest.

you can book the same from any travel sites/airlines websites that show dollar amounts no?

If you want to go ahead may be you can use a card that has no foreign transaction fees , the conversion may not be the exact dollar to rupee on that day , might be a little more(dollar amount) as each bank has their own conversion rates.
