Mudra ki poinappudu, they cannnot deny ur visa but can give u 221g , meaning they can send ur approval for further investigation, 

- as said if emplyr has negative remarks- dn  consulate will request for evidences/explainations. If ur emplyr can respond as requested u will get ur visa approved.

- they can further scrutiny about ur client project, if u and ur emplyr can respond in timely manner, u will get ur visa approved,

-now lets talk abt , why u get ur denial

1-if ur emplyr doesnt respond to the questions 

2-if ur emplyr scared of replying and can revoke ur h1qpproval and notified to uscis , dn u will get ur denial.

2-and mean while in during ds process if your project ends , still they dont deny ur visa,they further send ur approavl to uscis to reviw the application and u will be asked to send d project documents , if ur able to supply them wat they want then u have chance of ur visa...

in above situatuona no matter what, they will give u a chance of explanation and if u are n good terms in meeting their needs dn ur good otherwsie denied.
