Discover will give with out credit history , if you are a student etc , they have some student cards , so does Cap 1 and Citi

For wife or dependents ? Add them as a add-on card holders , they will get credit history

Cap 1 will give cards , check in credit karma , the points guy or nerd wallet etc for reviews and choose
