Hindutva will not have support from 100% hindus, because it is exploitative.

even if it becomes a cultural phenomenon, economic forces will rise against it.

If Hindutva morphs into socialist model, I'd be in full support of it though.

but only as federated communities that control their own destiny, and not through a command center.

That was the way Hindutva was moving towards, until Modi came along, and made sucking up to industrialists as cool.

Since I've been in RSS, and used to have plenty of RSS friends (not now), I'm familiar with recent RSS history.

Hindutva rose as a movement to challenge the elite (congress) socialist model with an ethnic one grounded in reality.

but the more economy was liberalised, the initial benefactors of this movement shifted gears to suck up to neoliberal ideas.

Now BJP has gone one up on the Congress in trying to become a fascist totalitarian state, using religion as the controlling tool.

Its silly to ask the question why someone is anti-india. Its a scary totalitarian state. Any person with some value for human dignity will be anti-India.

India is a hindutva lab. both are interchangeable, now more than ever.

but nehruvian times were no better. just that more people deluded themselves that india was a secular state. no more.

country is not a person. If you love your country, the way you love a person, there's something wrong with you.

Problem is you did not love  to anyone...if you loves either person. Country or things  than probably ...you know the reaction

what do you want to know? why I'm anti-India?

do you even know India's history and number of promises it broke after begging for princely states and provinces like Madras to join the union?

I don't have a problem with India if it lives up to its initial promise of a federation, with some adjustments for changing times and new economic realities. But that's not the India now. I will hate it. I will talk against it.

I have good reason to. your defenses are rather weak.

your problem is that you don't have a problem with India killing someone in your name, but you'll advise others who have a problem with it. and never ask your India why it is killing them.

If you consider this as compromise to keep a country together, then hating a country is also part of it.

Its up to the country to decide how to react to that hate. Whether to become a fascist state, or listen to those who hate it are the two choices.

I know which one you want your govt to choose. you shouldn't even be talking about 'love'.

Its a rather slipper slope though. Soon ruling govts will treat opposition govts (who act within the guidelines of constitution) as haters too. good luck with your 'love'.

People read about Indian Philosophy before you spout nonsense here.

not spiritual, but materialistic modern political philosophy out of India.

ask me for books if you want.

don't argue like fcuking fools, without understanding the history of India.

being cool about it is one thing, but acting like deranged nationalists is not going to make india great. It'll make it a reflection of you. insecure, loud, obnoxious, and pathetic.

Its alright if you are Hindutva. but that movement has a history too. read about it. and see which part of its history seems more humane, and more sustainable to you.

India can exist as a nation, only if it recognizes the various subidentities inside it. If delhi is too proud of giving space to everyone, then fcuk them. Let delhi work out a way to achieve this. Don't be apologist to delhi.

India is not a sacred idea that lived a million years. Its hardly 70yrs old.
