Ideas for contractor pay hike

i have been working as contractor for 3 years same client and na contract renewal ki vachindi , for sure contract will be renewed for another 1 year ,usually natho work chese contractors after 3 years they were successful in convincing manager to push there contracts for next level, pay hike 10$ untadhi per hr

ma manager gadu oka desi gujju gadu, please post some ideas for successful convincing manager

Ask direct..i need hike ani. possibility ante kani.. personal reasons cheppaddu ikkada..IMO.

naadi same nee case aa 3 yrs taravata hike vachindi. Nenaithey direct adiga maa employer ni. nuvvukodda ade cheyyi. ATB

nope, already manager cheppadu bro extend chestha, future projects ki already  assigned
