normal gaa India lo real estate lo invest sesina vallaki losses chaala rare. But meeku jarigina or meeku telisina vallaki emina losses ina vunte fost.  

ekkada konnaru, enthaki konnaru, entha loss ki ammaru/current price entha if not sold etc.

ippudu akkada Ring Road near areas lo thappa vere places lo kone vaade dikku ledu.

I understand . Self experience valla they don't encourage me investing now though I want to from 5 years . They tell come and invest or do it after your wedding but I don't know basics also to go forward and do it myself .They are  Playing safe @3$%

bought for 10K each 600sq.yds total.

Plot ki 1Lakh ichi marchipomannaru. they took over the whole village.

Now that plot/village sits right outside the IIT canteen.

 

inkoti JNTU pakkana 25acres land undi...fighting since 1985 .

oka registation mistake chesaru appudu..a loophole to 25 acres ni kaast 12 acres chesaru.

maaku vache 600 kasta 250 aindi...still no hope of getting it.

without documents, ippudu ammina 30Lakhs istaru membership ki.

plot vaste 1Cr minimum.
