I worked with them may be count of 100 IITians, mostly biharies & bangalies and few telugu ppl(my previous company recruits every year). In office they all r very good and shy mostly hangout with known IITs group no girl frnds at all. They r very productive at work very focused on time delivery and good communication skills.Im talking about IIT( computers and electronic branch) ppl.

just imagine vaalla situation. they are among really dumb people. Vallu em cheppina tappai pothundi. Its easier to focus on work, and  have relationships away from office, among their equals.

some of them can use that to their advantage and exploit the dumb people. Others just want to be left alone.
