I would say what is your comfortable level on technologies that they have in-house @clients?

Cleveland....1.) easy move with-in OH. 2.) Staying with current employer so GC processing is intact

desi employer even tho they say we do immediately or 6 months from now ....lopalaki vellaka it's a different story

adhi wrong ani nenu anatla...project long term untadhi but manalni unchadu...they hire sub-contractor to do the tough work and kt to their low paid employees

Wierd answer emo but if you have dry weather and dust allergies don't opt for phoenix . I quit job as that desert weather didn't suit me and coughed for 6 months . Desert won't suit everyone.
