see adhey chepthunna, why you have get a person from here, train yourself, and you give training to others in india your co-workers or employees. or get a person from here for once they are setting up get trained and then you can repair on your own.

nuvvu oka ideani pattukoni compare chestunte you will go no where...grocery store works but say if you need atleast 2000 sft to setup a store...and min 20L remodellingki avtadi..do you know what the rent would be? you should be having enough backup to sustain initially and lot of logistics.. later you can see profits
