Grew up witnessing CBN's administration. Here are the things that amuse me time to time. 

1. Personal discipline. (Working 16 hrs take quiet a bit of it)

2. Long term vision. (We are enjoying the fruits of his past tenure eg., Hyd)

3. Marketing the state (and himself too)

4. Adaptability (tech, economic & emotional shift)

 

a Big minus: Bad communicator

One complain i hear a lot (not from me) - CBN was never aggressive on opposition and retaliation unlike NTR & YSR. I personally think he shudn't be.
