5 years back teesukunappudu intha ledu, you need to send pay stubs and bank balance. Some couple of ID proofs. Anthe but you need to notarized and send them.

maa Builder devudu, antha vade chusukunnadu regarding loan, down payment money 3 months late aina, enni thittlu thittina paddadu and that too when Real estate was in boom.

adhi compulsary all banks...only IDBi doesnt care about..all major banks asks for Credit score...if its less than 700 below...rejected...this was 3 years back,...and now its more diff in process...best go with IDBI
