If all tech goes opensource (including h/w designs), there's a very high likelihood of this ideal coming to fruition.

but there's one catch. spiritualist seekers also have to contribute to community, by doing their bit.

They can't just sit idly and pretend to understand the world. Well, they can. but others are free to deny them food if they don't contribute.

The billionaires are not geniuses, except for ability to manipulate humans to work at lower wages than they deserve, and their ability to raise capital for the company.

The actual geniuses (not all of them though) in a company would do all the work for free, if they are allowed to do it, and they are given credit for their work.

so money is essentially pointless. except for dumb assholes, who manipulate their way to it, to brag about it.

so destroy money, and get sanity back into society.
