I was driving around 80 mph on 70 mph road and was in left lane , edo aloschisthunna , sudden ga i looked up on my mirror , eked i saw a cop car who was driving behind me, oka sari shock enti vedu enta sepati nunchi follow avuthunnadoo ardham kaledu,

he sped away around 80's than vadi venakala follow ayya , he stopped a different guy who was not event as fast as i am 

Very surprised today

and those rules stand true for every state. but by default aithe kaadu left lane only passing overtaking aithe what if there is lots of traffic appudu kuda aa lane passing and overtaking ke vadala
