thelidhu bro... sullivan aithe private university so you are asking the person who had been affected with such kind of university before , faced consequences in India. Please better be careful.

1) H1B regular cap
2) H1b singapore chilie CAP

3) H1b Masters CAP

4) CAP exempt.

so andulo H1b Regular cap cheste.. you will be considered as you picked up in regular quota. Congrats and ATB!
