i value diversity in my team.. oka ammayini hire chesukunam.. she was getting started doing well.. sudden ga 2 week notice ichindi.. is there something wrong.. can i do something to help you annanu.. cheppaledu.. oka week taravata open ayyindi.. she felt intimidated to work in our team anta.. we were 8 people and the shortest girl was around 5' 10/11'. ee spanish pillemo 5' kooda vundadu.. effort important kani height gurinchi enti ani telisaka personal ga persuade cheyadaniki try chesanu.. tana morale debba tintundi anta.. apart from smiling away, couldn't do anything..

internet vi pattukurakunda.. meeru experience chesinavi cheppandi..

weird experience kaadu oka eluru vaadi athi thelivi vestha

thammudu joined as contractor learned all work from ftes after 1.5 yearr fte offered took h1b transfeered. 

mana vaadu before joining date 

I can not join to operations team , i want to be in design team anntadu. 

Manager adhi kudharadhu annadu . ok i want 3 weeks vacation india lo emergency ani india ki dengesadu.

After weeks manager emailed. mana eluru boy called malli said i want to come to design team.

Manager ki temper leasindhi poooka neeku work raadhu ikkadiki vachi nerchukunnav. Design lo nuvvu deengaleavu. Asalu ippudey dennnngey ani offer cancelled.

Chinky manager...blamed a tamil contracting guy as selfish...when tamil guy moved to another client...tamil uncle left bcs...good billing ....

After 2 months...same chinky manager fte...with client left the project...and moved on to another client ...saying its for good of his family....

Dont know weird or funny but i resigned twice without having project in hand.

 

1. My grand ma sister who raised me expired. leave adugute ivvaledu next minute badge and laptop ichi i am resigning i got to be in india ani left the same day to india.

2. Recently cough ki resigned and went on a long vacation. Idi koncham i was feeling weird as people had concerns about my cough for almost 5-6 months and i didnt want to hear anything negative from manager or vendor .  i wanted to decently come out respectfully.

I believe evarunna a place lo alane chese Vallu . We make decisions based on situations and they were right decisions at that point in time .
