Telugu has heavily overlapped itself with Sanskrit having loaned a lot of words from it. But lexically it doesn't share anything with Sanskrit or it's derived languages that share Devanagari script. Telugu is evolved from ancient proto-Dravidian languages similar to Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Tulu, Gondu etc.
