Spouses Parents Children(under 21)  are immediate family members... vallaki asalu quota nay undadu... and no Priority Date...

this will change by restricting giving Green Cards to immigrants from foreign countries... 

particularly low wage immigrants.. low skilled

they cannot come in and immediately take the welfare...

help raise in pay rate by reducing low wage immigrants...
