I don't have to read the article. I can spot bullshit just from the headline. Its not a fcuking research paper.

Judge who tried to preach to the society based on a few cases is an asshole. Anyway Indian judges have made funnier statements than this. They don't know when to keep their mouth shut.

Few cases? More like plenty of cases, and she's not trying to preach. Sagam sagam chadivithey alane artham avutundi, lol. Thanks for proving you didn't read through it again.

what's 'plenty'? Is there a number, a ratio? Last I read hardly 1-5% of sexual abuse cases are fake, internationally.

Anyway I already said I don't read such bs, 3rd rate news pieces.

whatever 'false' is, and who determines that its false. Do Indian men even understand personal boundaries? May be its karma catching up with them for how they generally behave with women. I really don't care for this piece of news, unless some 'man' was wrongfully convicted. Otherwise just hot air.

Thanks for showing your ignorance, the judge clearly mentioned upto 70% cases. Far more than the 1-5% you imagined in your head.

It's pretty well known why you can't read that news, just because it doesn't suit your agenda. It's quite apparent, and you dont' even have to try. Quite funny to see you talk about the concept of "Karma" which quite apparently, you seem to have no clue about by bringing it here.

Several "men" were wrongfully convicted, but since you don't belong to that gender you can safely ignore it or pretend to keep your head buried in your sand.

I even read the original judgement in PDF in the link you posted. There's no mention of any percentage. lol.

that's why I said its bullshit news.

Okay apparently it's 10%.

I had read that it was around 70% on a blog earlier, so I don't know the veracity of it. However, this is from TOI, so may be more accurate.
