true.. most of the firms have this rule.. even though market is slow, don't bring down commision... if the demand is high they can do 7-10%

Yes. It is like mafia. People dont have a choice other than paying them. Why does anyone has to pay that much high % if they searched home by themselves.

Andhkey manollu desi agents ni sustharu.. so that if they pay 3% to agent; he will return some part of the commission back to the buyer

I have seen many cases where realtor didn't even saw the homes , and in some cases didn't even met buyer in person. Everything over emails and online.
