H1B Stamping Questions - Please Please Help

Hello Bhayyas/Guru's , I have some serious questions , Can some one please answer below , I am planning to go for stamping this is my first H1B stamping.

 

1) Naku LCA lo 70K pettadu employer ( 6,250 monthly ) , But naku 120K above vastadi Yearly and he runs 120K/12  monthly ( 10,000 ) , Bonus ala em run cheyyadu , ( Number of Hours*Pay rate )  Is that right way of running payroll  ?

2) When Visa Officer ask what is your Annual Pay , should i say what what is running as Payroll or on LCA ? why is it more than LCA on paystubs antey em cheyyali bhayya

3)  How to know our Desi employer is  legit company ?  nduku antey ma employer  gadu DESI Business laga run chetadu company ni .

odiyamma antha pay etla vastundi saami first H1b kee legal gane working aah nuvvu... 

always say LCA amount chances are high visa officer isn't looking/asking for pay stubs or W2 based on your repsonses and confidence level.

1) 2009 August lo vaccha , 2012 lo , 2013 lo , 2014 lo , 2015 lo H1B Vesa , no Luck ..

2016 lo vacchindi Final ga .

 

SO as per you LCA lo unna ammount cheppala ?

doesn't matter if you came in 2005 or 2009 h1b stamping lo eppudu LCA amount eh cheppali even if your W2 is different .

But 2012 lo lottery ledu kada...

ma employer-attornery gadu pedda biskit chesadu appudu ,  he swapped my i797 with other candidate , Immediate Denial and they didnt even consider

LCA is not his payroll its just a rule(min amount).

emp can pay more than lca so ts shud always say what he was offered from emp and w2 is the one that shows ur actual pay 

to avoid headache for vo he shud say whats in w-2 and prepare to answer why he got a hike

if not get a new letter stating your actual pay.. which is on W2.

 

aina lca ki actual ki match avvali ani evadu cheppadu?? actual should be >= lca. it's just a minimum.

LCA lo 70k aa ? level 1 job aa ? 120 k vasthundi antunnav kabatti level 2 ki upgrade avvu LCA lo. level 1 jobs tho future lo eppatiki ina issues ee.
