Visitor visa has been easy now a days. As long as he can show that he can support himself and can establish a strong reason showing that he will comeback to India, it’s very easy. 25yrs kaabatti they may ask few extra questions. He just need to keep reiterating that he has a strong reason to comeback to India and is only going for a visit.
