Bayya Website host chestunna...Struck at opening

Actually Apache 2.4 and Django use chesi website develop chesamu, Godady lo register ayyi domain create chesamu

Naa machine lo open cheyyagalugutunna host chesina website ni but if someone tries to open on different machine on same network or different network work avatam ledu ( taking too long to open) ani vastundi..They can able to ping the website but can't  open it...Any help greatly appreciated.
