Issue/Doubt about consultancy...Nijayithi ga answer cheyyandi friends... H1s & GCs unnolla suggestions/answers are most deisrable

chala mandi consultancies ni tittadam avi bandh ayipovali ani lolli cheyyadam chustunnam roju DB lo...

recently lot of OPT friends' cousins enquiring about good consultancies so that they can get trained and get a job . they dont have any confidence in them.. they are just relaxed coz a consultancy can help them get a job.. nenu cheppe thesis/Apprentice/Internships suggestions vallaki nachatledu or they dont think they can get anyof those..... so ee doubt ochindi naku..

 entha mandi OPTs or H1s ki without consuntancies maaku chala manchi jobs ochevi or visa status easy ga maintain ayyedi ani anukuntunnaru.? what options do OPTs or people applying their H1s or GCs have apart from consultancies for the first start..

i know chala mandi who started their career through a consultancy now feel that consultancies are taking money blah blah.. also lot of ppl on GC now ..at some point started their careers through consultancies and things worked out for them...but now they feel that others are entering into market through fake experiences adi id ani... asalu aa routes a lekapothe intha lolli manalo manam kottukovadam lanitivi undavemo anukuntunna...

I personally felt ..without consultancies 90% would have faced hard times in life in US to build their career... mainly MS students

Not only IT... I have seen some of my friends siblings (M pharmacy and MHA) who couldnt get job on their own. could get job through consultancies.. now started crying on consultancies coz they have to give 30% of their income to consultancies ..but they want GCs and H1 extensions to be filed through them... 

overall what you feel... consultancies manchivaa? if not what options does fresh OPT students or H1 applicants have to get job/maintain visa status/start & have a good career...?

 

NB: I am not supporting or opposing consultancy system..

I know consultancies are businesses .. so manaki nachaka povochu.. but without them entha mandi america lo survive avvagalam anukuntunnaru ?? (Not after working for about 2 to5 years and gaining experience. I am asking fresh out of MS or trying to come from India and get a job here..)

OPT anedey adi kada... they gave 30 plus months ... inka enduku techukolekapothunnaru FTs above 90% ppl... ? from the day one of their MS they are just relying blindly on consultancies and not even thinking of developing required skills/ finding a job on their own..

they r still able to survive and have a decent life only coz of consultancies... sad but true fact..
