In contrast to her lean body structure, beautiful assets, tempting navel and oval face cut, Swathi sported a new hair style with oblong face surprising the onlookers to trace a reason behind such facial edema? 

‘Never in the past was she seen with such additional adipose. Being idle without work for long could have been the reason for swollen body,’ also she is under depression due to love affair said some of the media members at event commented.
