I do not see an advantage when checking in online ( may be to reserve seats ?) when you are standing in queue anyways to checkin baggage . Is there a real difference from online vs airport checkin ?

online checkin ki seperate line untadi... usually less people

this is totally new for me since i never travelled in air india ayi kuda untadi 

passport scan cheyakunda ela check in cheyachu not sure 

luggage kosam ayithe line lo nilchukovali kadaa not sure international lo online vs web check in makes difference..

But, recently this was removed in some of the airports.

  sfo airport lo checkin cheyalema...  they assume evryone has access to web?   dont think they can do that
