e chicken briyani chesthe..  

motham mix chestam kada. after cooking.. appudu peddaga rice ki gravy type ravtleud. dry ga untadi 50% rice.. 

 

overall ga manchiga rice ki  masala patali ante any tip?

add yogurt and very little parampara paste.

yogurt, oil , biyani mix powder, fried onion.... baga dattinchi, oka 2 hours pettu  chicken side and then cook after. 

before closing lid, paina oil/ ghee oka 4 spoons.
