No need of Bath or anythign if you saw it inside office. adhey bayata chusthey bath is recommended as eclipse emits gamma radiations. Jilledu aaku and regi ani nethi meedha enduku pedatharo ippatiki idea no rey. but immediate batch is imp for exposed skin to gamma. antha huge impact em undadhu . kaani its better to be careful.

If you wear jandhyam, you have to replace it. 

You should not eat or drink anything in the grahanam peak time.
