I know some some people who lost land in this project and they got paid Rs 11 lakhs per acre (dry lands).Now the govt has enhanced to 13 lakhs per acre in most areas

The actual market value for these lands till 2014 was not more than 2 Lakhs per acre

Those who have not actually seen those places should not compare the land prices with the rest of the world ,cos these areas are very remote with no irrigation sources and plenty of barren land with no one to cultivate
